Rudolph Gentile - Chairman

Rudolph Gentile was born in Rome on 11 November 1972. He holds a degree in Sociology from the Sapienza University of Rome and is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Safe Bag with executive powers. He began his career in 1993 as the airport representative of the Air Europe airline company at Fiumicino and Ciampino airports in Rome. In 1995, following a brief period in the marketing division of Air Europe, he moved to the Cargo division, becoming head of the division the following year, further developing his company management skills. In 1996 Rudolph Gentile entered the sector of luggage protection and in 1997 founded the Safe Bag company. In 2004 he founded the film production and distribution company Moviemax S.p.A., which is listed on the Italian Stock Exchange. He became CEO and then Chairman of Moviemax S.p.A., which he left in 2010 to set up M2 Pictures S.r.l., again involved in the production and distribution of films. From 2010 to 2012 he was on the board of the airline company Air Italy S.pA.

Alessandro Notari - CEO

Born in Rome on 20 November 1968, Alessandro Notari graduated cum laude in Economics and Business Administration from LUISS University in Rome in 1993. He started work with KPMG first in Auditing and then in the Consulting division, becoming Associate Partner after 8 years. His client portfolio included Alitalia, Ferrovie dello Stato, INA, BNL and Banca di Roma. From 2001 he entered the world of airline companies as assistant to the CEO of Meridiana where his task was to develop and restructure the company. The move to entrepreneurship came in 2005, when he became founder member and Chief Financial & Commercial Officer of Air Italy. In 2010, following the merger with Meridiana, he became shareholder and Chief Commercial Officer di Meridiana - Air Italy. Following this successful aeronautical experience, Alessandro Notari was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Safe Bag in September 2015.

Giuseppe Gentile - Non executive member

Giuseppe Gentile was born in Città di Castello (PG) on 24 October 1942. He attended Sir John Cass College in London, achieving his high-school diploma in Aeronautical Science in 1960. He graduated in Pedagogical Science from Rome “Sapienza” University in 1980. From 1962 to 1988 he held positions in various aeronautical and airline companies in Italy and abroad, including Aeronautica Militare Italiana (as pilot in the Presidential fleet), Itavia Airlines (the first private Italian airline company) and Alitalia. This was followed by a series of entrepreneurial roles in the aeronautical sector: in 1989 he founded (together with associates) Air Europe sold (in 2000) to Swissair; in 2005 he founded Air Italy then merged (in 2010) with Meridiana. He has been on the board of Safe Bag as non-executive member since May 2017.

Roberto Mosca - Non executive member

Roberto Mosca was born in Rome on 17 November 1968. Following his years of study he pursued his interest in Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) and Transactional Analysis and in particular in relation to skills of communication, persuasion and human resources management. He has taken part in courses held by leading world figures in the field of communication: Anthony Robbins, Roy Martina, Deepak Chopra, Pierluigi Imperatore, Roberto Re, as well as courses on positive thinking, setting and achieving objectives and on different sales techniques. He started his career in 1990 in the marketing sector of Banca Medionalum S.p.A. In 1993 he moved to Progetel S.p.A. (TLC sector) with the aim of expanding its sales network. From 1995 to 2004 (the year he joined Safe Bag) he successfully held various positions as Sales and Marketing Manager in different sectors in Italy and abroad. In 2004 he joined Safe Bag and at present holds the position of Chief Commercial & Operations Officer as well as manager of the French subsidiary FSB Service.

Roberta Pierantoni - Independent member

Born in Urbania (PU) on 12 May 1971, Roberta Pierantoni graduated in Law in 2004 from "Carlo Bo" University of Urbino. She began her career as manager in the training sector and from December 1991 to May 2002 she worked with various companies and institutions in different roles, including organiser and coordinator of training and master courses (including a course for "Company legal consultants" sponsored by AIGA), as well as in national and international exhibitions and cultural events. In June 2002 she returned to university studies and after her second degree in February 2005 she began to work for the legal practice Studio Legale e Tributario Biscozzi Nobili in Milan, where she still works in the sector of commercial and company law (providing consultancy and legal assistance to important listed companies, also during the flotation phase), contract law (with particular attention to the alternative energy sector) and arbitration (acting as arbiter in the resolution of disputes dealt with by the Milan Court of Arbitration). She has been enrolled in the register of Lawyers of Urbino (PU) since 2008.
